1. About PuzzleDome
PuzzleDome is a mobile puzzle gaming app. Users can play puzzle games, earn XP, climb ranks, join tournaments, unlock cosmetics, follow players, challenge friends, play private matches, and appear on leaderboards.
PuzzleDome is for entertainment only.
2. No Cash-Out Or Real-Money Prizes
PuzzleDome does not offer cash prizes, gambling, betting, crypto rewards, USDT, withdrawals, or real-money payouts.
Virtual coins, XP, tournament tickets, cosmetics, badges, profile frames, ranks, achievements, and other in-app rewards:
- Have no real-world cash value
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Cannot be sold
- Cannot be exchanged for money
- Cannot be transferred outside PuzzleDome
- Cannot be redeemed for cryptocurrency or financial rewards
3. Accounts And Sign-In
You may need to sign in with Google or Apple to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
You must not use another person's account without permission.
4. User Profile And Public Information
Your public PuzzleDome profile may show information such as:
- Display name
- Username
- Profile photo
- Country badge
- Rank and level
- XP and statistics
- Achievements
- Cosmetics and profile frames
- Followers and following
- Online status
- Tournament and leaderboard activity
Do not upload profile photos, names, or content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading, explicit, or infringes another person's rights.
5. Virtual Coins And Tickets
PuzzleDome may include virtual coins and tournament tickets.
Virtual coins may be purchased, earned, or rewarded inside the app. Tournament tickets may be earned through gameplay, daily rewards, events, or other in-app activities.
Virtual coins and tickets are only for use inside PuzzleDome. They are not money, property, or financial instruments.
PuzzleDome may change coin prices, coin uses, rewards, limits, or availability at any time.
6. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
Purchased items may include virtual coins, subscriptions, or other in-app benefits. All purchases are subject to the payment terms and refund rules of the applicable app store.
PuzzleDome does not directly process your payment card information.
7. PuzzleDome Plus Subscription
PuzzleDome Plus is a subscription that may provide benefits such as:
- No ads
- VIP verified badge
- Premium profile status
- Other subscription benefits shown in the app
PuzzleDome Plus is billed through Google Play or Apple App Store and may renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account.
Deleting your PuzzleDome account does not automatically cancel your store subscription. You must cancel the subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store.
8. Ads And Rewarded Ads
PuzzleDome may show ads, including rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads may give bonus virtual coins or other in-app benefits. Ads are not shown to active PuzzleDome Plus users where the Plus benefit includes no ads.
PuzzleDome does not guarantee ad availability.
9. Games, Scoring, And Fair Play
PuzzleDome games are skill-based puzzle games.
Scores, game sessions, tournament entries, rewards, and leaderboards may be validated by PuzzleDome servers.
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate requests, use unauthorized automation, reverse engineer scoring systems, or interfere with fair gameplay.
PuzzleDome may reject scores, remove leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, or cancel rewards if suspicious or unfair activity is detected.
10. Tournaments
PuzzleDome tournaments are virtual in-app competitions. Users may enter using virtual coins or earned tournament tickets.
Tournament rewards may include XP, virtual coins, cosmetics, badges, profile frames, ranks, or other in-app benefits.
Tournament rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
PuzzleDome may create global, country-based, rank-based, event-based, or special tournaments.
PuzzleDome may cancel, modify, reschedule, or remove tournaments where necessary for technical, fairness, compliance, or operational reasons.
11. Social Features
PuzzleDome may include social features such as:
- Following players
- Followers
- Friend challenges
- Private matches
- Profile visits
- Live match spectating
- Shared results
- Public profiles
You must use social features respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam, abuse, or harmful behavior is not allowed.
PuzzleDome may limit, remove, or moderate social features if needed.
12. User Content
User content may include profile photos, display names, shared results, and other content submitted through the app.
You are responsible for your content. You must have the rights to upload or share it.
By using PuzzleDome, you give PuzzleDome permission to display your user content inside the app and related services for app functionality, social features, leaderboards, support, moderation, and promotion of your shared results.
13. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app or contact:
Account deletion may remove your profile, gameplay data, coins, XP, cosmetics, tournament entries, social data, and other app records.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.
Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
14. Privacy
Your use of PuzzleDome is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
15. Availability And Changes
PuzzleDome may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update games, rewards, prices, rules, cosmetics, tournaments, subscriptions, or app functionality.
We do not guarantee that PuzzleDome will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Cheat or exploit the app
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools
- Abuse bugs or technical issues
- Attempt to access another user's account
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Interfere with servers, APIs, security, payments, ads, or scoring
- Use PuzzleDome for gambling, betting, fraud, or illegal activity
17. Suspension Or Termination
PuzzleDome may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, create legal risk, abuse the app, cheat, or interfere with fair gameplay.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to virtual coins, XP, cosmetics, ranks, subscriptions benefits, tournament entries, and other app features.
18. Disclaimers
PuzzleDome is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, rewards, tournament availability, ad availability, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every device.
19. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleDome and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, loss of virtual items, or service interruptions.
20. Updates To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app, website, or other reasonable methods.
Continued use of PuzzleDome after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
