How To Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly inside the PuzzleDome app:
- Open the PuzzleDome app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, PuzzleDome may remove:
- Your account profile
- Display name and username
- Profile photo
- Country selection
- XP, level, rank, and progression
- Virtual coins and tournament tickets
- Purchased and earned cosmetics
- Tournament entries and gameplay history
- Achievements and player statistics
- Friends, follows, challenges, private matches, and profile visits
- Notification tokens and app-related account data
Important Notice
Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Any virtual coins, XP, cosmetics, ranks, tickets, achievements, tournament entries, or subscriptions linked to the account may be permanently lost.
PuzzleDome virtual coins, XP, tickets, cosmetics, badges, and ranks have no real-world cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for money.
Purchase And Subscription Records
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or platform compliance reasons. This may include limited purchase receipts or subscription records from Google Play or Apple App Store.
If you have an active PuzzleDome Plus subscription, deleting your PuzzleDome account does not automatically cancel your subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store. You must cancel the subscription from your store account.
How To Cancel PuzzleDome Plus
For Android
Open Google Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose PuzzleDome Plus, and cancel.
For iPhone
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, go to Subscriptions, choose PuzzleDome Plus, and cancel.
Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some data may take additional time to be removed from backups or system logs.
