PuzzleDome uses virtual coins, XP, tickets, ranks, badges, cosmetics, and other in-app rewards only. PuzzleDome does not provide cash-out, withdrawals, gambling, betting, crypto, USDT, or real-money prizes.

3. How We Use Information

4. Sign-In
PuzzleDome may use Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In to create or access your account. We use the account identifiers, display name, and email address supplied by those providers where needed for login, account management, security, and support.
Google and Apple process your sign-in information under their own privacy policies.
5. Firebase Services
PuzzleDome may use Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage, messaging, crash reporting, analytics, app integrity, and app operations.
Firebase may process device information, identifiers, crash data, messaging tokens, profile photo storage data, analytics events, and other technical information needed to provide these services.

7. Profile Photos and Public Profiles
If you upload a profile photo, it may be stored using cloud storage and displayed in the app.

- Cosmetics and equipped frame

Do not upload a profile photo or choose a display name that contains private information you do not want other users to see.
8. Country Selection
PuzzleDome asks users to select a country to support:
- Country badges
- Country leaderboards

- Regional tournament visibility
PuzzleDome does not require location permission for country selection. Your selected country is user-provided and may be changed only occasionally according to app rules.
9. Ads and AdMob
PuzzleDome may use Google AdMob and other advertising services.
Ads may be used for:
- Optional rewarded ads
- Native ads on non-gameplay screens
- Interstitial ads only in limited casual contexts
Rewarded ads may grant bonus virtual coins after successful completion.
PuzzleDome Plus users do not see ads while their subscription is active.
Ads are not intended to be shown during:
- Live gameplay
- Private match gameplay
- Tournament gameplay
- Paid coin purchase flow
- Subscription purchase flow
- Sign-in or onboarding before users understand the app
Advertising partners may process device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate technical information, and other data according to their own policies.
10. Purchases and Subscriptions
PuzzleDome may offer virtual coin purchases and PuzzleDome Plus subscriptions through Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase.
Google Play and Apple process payment information. PuzzleDome does not directly collect or store your full credit card number or payment account details.
PuzzleDome may receive purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, product IDs, subscription status, and expiration dates to verify purchases and activate virtual items or subscriptions.
Store purchases are for virtual items, subscriptions, and cosmetic or non-cash experiences only.
11. Virtual Coins and Rewards
PuzzleDome virtual coins, XP, tickets, ranks, badges, cosmetics, and rewards:
- Are for in-app entertainment only
- Have no real-world cash value
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Cannot be exchanged for money
- Cannot be transferred outside PuzzleDome
- Are not cryptocurrency
- Are not USDT or any crypto asset
- Are not gambling, betting, or cash-prize rewards

PuzzleDome may use analytics and diagnostics to understand:
- App usage

- Retention
